Hero of the Year

Elizabeth's Class all year has been honoring hero's. The kids get to pick who is a hero and they have picked people like: the janitors, firefighters, the mayor to name a few. But the last hero's that they picked were the parents. They sent a letter home telling all the parents that they were invited to a special presentation that would include refreshments (that's what got Josh to go!) When we got there all the kids where standing in the front of the class and they said a little speech and then sang us a couple of songs! Then Elizabeth presented Josh and I with this certificate and a letter from her! It really was the cutest thing and I was so happy that even Josh could come to it!
