Field Day at Lindon

 I love Field Day at Lindon. They start off the day with a mile run. They go in two groups the first group is the older kids 4-6 grade then the younger kids K-3. These are the girls before their runs...

 The first 3 kids that come in get metals then the first 10 boys and the first 10 girls get blue ribbons. Elizabeth has always done pretty good, but she told me that she was getting older now and doesn't run as fast...she is slowing down in her old age! And pretty much not to expect too much from her this year. So I didn't, but she came in with the first group of kids and got a blue ribbon, the only girl in her class to do so. She was very excited and said that she even fell once and didn't run her hardest! Josh says this may be the one good thing she gets from me! Yeah!! Abby did pretty good she did come in with some of the bigger kids.

After the run the kids play all different game on the field all day long. It is a fun day for them. Can't wait for next year!
